Solution Name: LifeZine
It is a patient-centric application that captures interactions between a health care provider and a patient. LifeZine has a built in intelligent decision support system that carries out the general diagnosis process for a patient under the direct supervision of a trained medical professional. The decision support system of the LifeZine is built using the medical diagnosis algorithm developed and tested by Nick Simon’s Institute but does not contain of any medical treatment procedures (treatment should be under the direct supervision of doctors). LifeZine contains the basic health problems and the diagnostic methodologies that can be monitored by a health worker. The overall diagnostic procedures can be monitored by the doctors and the specialists to assure the effective health practices.
It is designed to manage patient data longitudinally, linking multiple interactions over time into a single patient chart to maintain patients’ medical history over time.
Project Stage: Working Prototype completed to diagnose over 50 diseases using 5 different algorithm

Well it is true that we all are passenger, and the thing is that we need to be on time. But Most of the passengers suffer from the delay due to the unidentified arrival of time. The thing is that, once it was us to reach on the presentation on time and it was very urgent to attend that presentation. We kept waiting and waiting for the bus to arrive. By the time we reached, the presentation was almost over. And then we thought that if we are victim due to delay, there is obvious reason that there are lot of people who suffer this situation. Moreover, if someone has to reach on time, he or she must have to make the decision. But on the basis of which factor? Well, if we could track the location of the vehicle, we could surely make the decision to reach faster and on time, so that one cannot miss their golden opportunities. Hence we thought to make the system which could track the public vehicle.
Our project as based on the vehicle tracking system which needs a transmitter to transmit the location. Well, there are lot of tracking system that tracks the location. We have had 2 options for that. One is the mobile device and other is the dedicated hardware for it. After a lot of research and looking at the related works, it was more efficient to use the dedicated hardware for the consistent data rather than the mobile devices.

Concept For CityApp
Mycity, our solution to the existing problems of our city. Our main aim is to figure out the potentiality of our city, make the local people speak about their problems and finally link our potentialities as a solution to those problems. We have the available resources but it is the lack of communication stopping us from utilizing them which leads to the additional problems in our city. This app would serve as a linkage between the source and the demand so that the community based problems can be solved by the community itself. With a problem mentioned, this app first detects the address of the user through GPS Tracker, and then detects the address of its solution finally providing user with all the possible solutions to their problems along with the various ways to achieve it. The user can as well provide his feedbacks along with his innovation solution for a problem so that it would simplify the lifestyle of a next person who has been suffering from same problem. Solving the existing issues through the use of a mobile app will take some time but this can definitely prove to be a stepping stone for innovative solutions for city problems.
